Production instructions
We hope you enjoyed our little surprise and would like to bake the special Schäfer-Christmas cookies. To make it easier for you, we have created a production drawing with an integrated recipe. With the logo stamp, you can refine simple butter cookies, while the cookie cutter in the shape of a typical crimper is used to make Schäfer-Hilda cookies.
Hilda cookies, also known as Hildabrödle, originally come from the southern German region and are named after Grand Duchess Hilda of Nassau. The cookies consist of a delicate shortcrust pastry with a filling of fruity jam.
