Individual equipment
The dismantle machine is designed for stripping multi-core jacketed cables. The customer-specific cables are inserted into individual mountings and fixed by means of a clamp to ensure maximum precision.
The machine starts automatically after inserting the cable mounting and reaching the processing position. In the following process, the jacket is automatically incised and removed at the predefined position.
Wide range of use
A high flexibility is made possible by the simple changeover to another product to be processed. For dismantling other cables, the mounting can be changed in just a few simple steps.
Depending on this, the associated program is started, which contains the parameters for the stripping process. The use of different blade types enables a wide range of applications.
Intuitive operating software
The touch screen control has an intuitive user interface for easy and safe operation in various languages. Selecting different user roles and operating modes as well as machine networking functions provides flexible and modern process sequences.
Conform with the machinery directive
The safety of the operator during processing is guaranteed by the closed design. When a safety cover is opened, the electrical safety circuit is interrupted and the machine is stopped.
The dismantle machine fully complies with all european directives regarding mechanical and electrical safety as well as electromagnetic compatibility.
