Wide range of use
The SSC2 is designed for stripping, sealing and crimping of two single wires or two-core cables in one machine cycle. For cable production, the seals and terminals are provided in the correct position. The crimping process starts automatically as soon as the operator has inserted the wires to be processed.
Short set-up time and high flexibility
A high degree of flexibility and a wide range of applications are made possible by the simple changeover to another processed product. Crimping applicators can be easily exchanged for crimping different terminals. The corresponding seal kit (SSK) can be set up to provide other seals.
Individually adjustable parameters
For ideal production, the zero cut and stripping length, the cutting depth as well as the stripping return stroke and the crimp position can be precisely set via the machine control.
The optional crimp force monitoring together with the bad part cutter prevents the use of wires with incorrect crimps in the further process and thus supports quality assurance.
Intuitive operating software
The touch screen control has an intuitive user interface for easy and safe operation in various languages. Selecting different user roles and operating modes as well as machine networking functions provides flexible and modern process sequences.
High safety for operators
The safety of the operator during processing is ensured by the closed design. When a safety cover is opened, the electrical safety circuit is interrupted and the machine is stopped.
Conform with the machinery directive
The crimping machine fully complies with the European directives regarding mechanical and electrical safety as well as electromagnetic compatibility.
