\"\"<\/a>Numerous innovations in the field of automation and digitization shaped the Sch\u00e4fer Group’s appearance at the Productronica from 12. to 15. November 2019 in Munich. Sch\u00e4fer Werkzeug- und Sondermaschinenbau GmbH from Bad Sch\u00f6nborn, together with Sch\u00e4fer GmbH from Gerstungen-Unterellen and Uwe Kolb Vertriebs GmbH from Waldenbuch, presented an extensive portfolio with many innovations and further developments. Employees of the Sch\u00e4fer Group from the USA, Mexico, Tunisia, China and Poland represented their subsidiaries and were available as contact persons for international customers.<\/p>\n

Customer interest focused on several innovations, which were presented for the first time. These included Sch\u00e4fer Assist<\/a>, audiovisual support for remote service and training, and Sch\u00e4fer Connect<\/a>, software for networking a machine park. The fully automatic robot system AuveM<\/a> with integrated cutting and stripping machine SAM1 as well as a crimping machine was demonstrated live in action. The modular machine concept with a new housing met with just as much interest as the newly developed SDS100 crimp force sensor. In the field of quality assurance for crimp connections, Sch\u00e4fer also presented the new SQS15 pull-off force measuring device with the mobile SQS02-P micrograph laboratory. The fully automatic Megomat 1000<\/a> crimping machine was used to present the new FA500 tinning station, rotary positioning of two conductor cables as well as processing of turned contacts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
