Effective immediately, U. Kolb Werkzeug Vertriebs GmbH was fully integrated into Sch\u00e4fer Werkzeug- und Sondermaschinenbau GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Sch\u00e4fer). This strategic acquisition aims to sustainably strengthen Sch\u00e4fer’s market position and expand its service portfolio.<\/p>\n

The entire Sch\u00e4fer Group is pleased with this merger and warmly welcomes the acquired employees of the former U. Kolb Werkzeug Vertriebs GmbH, who will continue to be available to you as customers in the future.<\/p>\n

U. Kolb Werkzeug Vertriebs GmbH has extensive experience in the sales and service of products for wire and terminal processing. With innovative machines and molds for plastic injection molding technology, especially in the hotmelt sector, the company also offered individual solutions for encapsulating cable connections.<\/p>\n

Sch\u00e4fer fully integrates the hotmelt encapsulation technology products into its own portfolio and will offer tools, machines, and materials from a single source in the future.<\/p>\n
