The compact “AirCrimp” series crimping applicators are designed for the reliable connection of terminals on wires with bigger cross-sectional areas. The pneumatical feed system ensures precise and consistent terminal positioning, enabling repeatable, high-quality crimp results.

Ease of Use

Designed for the standardized press shut height of 135.78 mm and equipped for installation via a conventional quick-change mounting system, the applicators can be used in most common crimping machines with a press force of up to 30 kN.

Adjustability for maximum Precision

The completely redesigned crimp height adjustment head allows independent and precise adjustment of both the wire crimp height and insulation crimp height. To optimize crimp height settings, two adjustment variants are available depending on the wire cross-section.
