Design for repeatable Crimp Results
With the AirCrimp series, Schäfer offers compact crimping applicators with a pneumatic terminal feed system for the efficient termination of terminals onto wires with smaller cross-sectional areas. This design enables high feed rates with excellent precision and allows feed control independent of the crimping process, making it ideal for industrial cable production.
Ease of Use
Designed for the standardized press shut height of 135.78 mm and equipped for installation via a conventional quick-change mounting system, the applicators can be used in most common crimping machines with a press force of up to 20 kN.
Adjustability for maximum Precision
The completely redesigned crimp height adjustment head allows independent and precise adjustment of both the wire crimp height and insulation crimp height. To optimize crimp height settings, two adjustment variants are available depending on the wire cross-section.
