The CentricCrimp 4P-6 has been specifically developed for the production of 4-indent crimp connections on small conductor cross-sections. Thanks to its unique operating principle, it delivers highly repeatable crimp results and meets the stringent quality requirements of demanding applications.

Engineered for maximum process reliability

Based on a 4-indent crimping principle, the applicator offers the ideal combination of precision, process reliability, and flexibility. The symmetrical compression ensures uniform force distribution, resulting in reliable electrical performance and outstanding mechanical strength.

Changing the applicator over to a different crimp application is quick and straightforward. The four crimp indenters can be replaced with ease, while crimp height adjustments can be carried out accurately and efficiently via the adjustment head.

Precision for highest requirements

Designed for demanding applications with crimping forces of up to 20 kN, the Crimping Applicator is suitable for conductor cross-sections of up to 6 mm². Owing to its design, high precision, and excellent repeatability of crimping results, it is particularly well suited for applications in the aerospace and defense industries, where requirements in accordance with SAE AS22520/1 and SAE AS22520/2 (formerly MIL-C-22520/1C and MIL-C-22520/2C) are specified.
