Thanks to the I/O interfaces, the crimp station can be easily and quickly integrated into machines and operated via central control.

Efficient Preparation

The CrimpStation 240 BASIC is designed for the use of all common crimping applicators and is equipped with a quick-release mechanism for clamping them.

The horizontally installed terminal strip chopper allows for easy insertion of the carrier strip, thus simplifying the setup.

High-Quality Crimping Results

Unwanted force influences on the crimping process due to deflections of the carrier strip in the chopper are avoided thanks to the horizontal installation position of the terminal strip chopper.

Additionally, the optionally integrable crimp force monitoring reliably supports quality assurance during cable production.

Structural Design

The new CrimpStation 240 BASIC impresses with higher rigidity compared to previous Schäfer crimp stations in this class. This allows for increased precision and quality in cable production even at higher press forces.

The compact design enables integration into compact machines or tight workspaces.

High Operator Safety

The safety of the operator during the operation of the crimp station is ensured by the overarching machine.

All necessary measures for installation in a fully automated system according to European guidelines, both regarding mechanical and electrical safety as well as electromagnetic compatibility, have been considered.
