Crimping Applicators UltraCrimp

The “UltraCrimp” tools are designed for large wire cross-sections and are therefore particularly robust. The column-guided design not only ensures high durability but also provides space for individual configurations, such as special crimp shapes and specific contact feeds with sliding tables.

Overview of Designations

Distinction of Contact Feeding

The abbreviations for contact feeding have the following meanings:

  • ML: Mechanical contact feeding from the left
  • MB: Mechanical contact feeding from the back
  • PR: Pneumatic contact feeding from the right
  • PB: Pneumatic contact feeding from the back

Further Distinctions

Additional abbreviations provide the following information:

  • WD: Processing of contacts with larger pitch
  • LP: Processing of single contacts
  • 4P: Crimping of single contacts at 4 points
  • 3x: Number of conductors or wires (here 3 conductors)
  • 25: Maximum processable wire cross-section (here 25 mm²)
