Crimping Applicators UltraCrimp

The “UltraCrimp” applicators are designed for large wire cross-sections and are therefore particularly robust. The column-guided design not only ensures high durability but also provides space for individual configurations, such as special crimp shapes and specific contact feeds with sliding tables.

  • MB: Mechanical terminal feeding from the back
  • PL: Pneumatic terminal feeding from the left
  • PB: Pneumatic terminal feeding from the back

Further Distinctions

Additional abbreviations provide the following information:

  • WD: Processing of terminals with high pitches (Wide Distance)
  • LP: Processing of single terminals (Loose Piece)
  • 4P: Crimping of single terminals at 4 points
  • 3x: Number or conductors or wires (here 3 conductors)
  • 25: Maximum processable wire cross section (here 25 mm²)
