The UltraCrimp crimping applicators are designed for high press forces and therefore feature an exceptionally robust construction. Their pillar-guided design not only ensures outstanding durability but also provides flexibility for customized configurations. A key feature of this version is the pneumatic feeding and positioning of terminals from the rear side of the applicator.

Adjustability for maximum Precision

The completely redesigned crimp height adjustment head allows independent and precise adjustment of both the wire crimp height and insulation crimp height. To optimize crimp height settings, two adjustment variants are available depending on the wire cross-section.
